September 1 happens to be my wedding anniversary. 5 years today!
September 1 happens to be my brothers bday. He would have been 26 today...

So very well, it could be a day of mixed emotions. I am trying hard for it not to be. I want ot remember & honor my brother, but mourning won't bring him back. Therefor, I will focus more of my day on my marriage & our future together, wherever God is taking us!
It is so hard to believe so much time has gone by. I mean, we have a preschooler now! It seems so surreal at times, but life is good. God is good. He has blessed us beyond words & is continuing to do so as I type this. (Praying hard my hubby's dreams come true...Seems like it will!)

I can't help but hurt when I think about the fact that my daughter will never remember her uncle & great- grandmother. Two VERY important people in my life that I've lost in the past 2 years. I miss you both, but I know that you are together, & that makes my heart smile.
